Battle Body Retraining Group-teaches the participant interventions to help with calming the mind/body with the goal of minimizing anxious feelings, racing thoughts, and hypervigilance. No registration or intake required, meets in room 10400 in the TCM clinic, 10th floor Damen Bldg.
