About the Program

The Jesse Brown VAMC pharmacy processes thousands of prescriptions daily. Many of these prescriptions are filled by the Central Mailout Pharmacy (CMOP). Prescriptions may be refilled by phone by internet.

Services Offered

Automated Refill Line

An automated refill is available for all Jesse Brown VAMC patients. Please call one of the following numbers —

  • 312-569-8387 option 2 (local area) 
  • 888-878-6888 (toll free)

You will be prompted to enter your social security number and prescription number.

Internet Refill

Prescriptions may also be filled online using VA's My HealtheVet program. You will need a user id and password to log in. If you do not have one, you can easily get one by creating your personal profile.

Refills at Jesse Brown VAMC Pharmacy

All veterans are encouraged to refill their prescriptions by mail by sending in the refill form or calling the Pharmacy Service at extension 58810 or by internet. Please submit refill requests as soon as possible so we may process and mail your prescriptions in time.
